It is with great pleasure that I send you an application for a PhD or MSc Degree in construction management Education.
I’d like to inform you, my aim is PhD Degree in field of construction management but because of concern about my academic background, I’ve mentioned MSc. Degree (for conformity with the graduate admission guidelines)
As you can find in my linkedin profile(https://www.linkedin.com/pub/hamid-abbasi/96/b44/7b1). ,Although my education is in the field of earthquake engineering at Iran university of science and technology, but one of my emphasis in the area of my experience has been construction management ( construction law, …).
I believe the missing links in construction and technical system are management and technology especially in Iran, And a good Degree in this field as an interdisciplinary science offers me the greatest opportunity to expand my education in some very meaningful areas of interest. My career with my interests lead me towards projects management, official expertise ( Expert witness) in judicial system, etc. I want to be very involved in these aspects and I also think you and your department will help me attain my goals,

and I bring to the table all of the skills that you want and require.
I am a newcomer in Canada as a immigrant and we have come in Toronto since 16/1/2015 , now I’m not very good with English and usage and have some trouble but I decide to improve my language .
I think if you accept me as a student (with a typical research assistantship), I can manage my family system and study/if you accept me, my family will come near border in canada for my convenience.
I thank you for the opportunity to submit this application for your consideration.
I look forward to discussing my qualifications further (AND COMPLETE RECORD) and can be reached by email at hamid555abbasi@gmail.com or by phone at 416.916.4662 OR Viber: +98(912) 8150751
Please contact me if there is anything else I need to provide (like recommendation letters). I look forward to communicating with you in the near future.
Thank you so much for your time.
    Best regards,
    Hamid Abbasi

      Dear Hamid,

I am sorry for the delayed response as I don’t check the blog comments in a regular basis. Since you are in Toronto, you can google my name and find my contact information online. If you are interested in doing research with me, you are encouraged to set up an appointment with me to discuss the details. Meanwhile, you do need to improve your English as you have realized.

      All the best,
      Arnold
